provides a full training support service designed to assist its
Clients with their training programmes.
Training
The strengths of Attric rest on

offshore production, refinery operations, and consultancy for
developing site-specific training solutions.
The core team of qualified and
experienced training consultants, engineers and technical support
staff have developed and produced basic and advanced training
programmes and materials specifically designed provide the key
competencies required by operators, technicians, supervisors,
professional engineers and managers.
Attric works in partnership with
its Clients to ensure that their personnel acquire the skills
required to meet their strategic and operational priorities. Attric
has managed major training and competence assurance projects on
behalf of Clients in the Oil, Gas, Refinery and Power Industries,
both in the UK and internationally.
The considerable experience that
Attric staff have, both managerial and operational, enables the
most appropriate resources to be selected for a particular project.
Attric will take responsibility for the selection of resources,
managing the implementation process and delivery of training and
competence requirements to ensure that the objectives of the Client
are met in a cost-effective manner.

Competency Assessment Systems
The requirement for a Competence
Assurance System is essential to an Operator meeting its 'Safety
Case' requirements. Increasingly the benefits of an effective
Competence Assurance System have been recognised. Such a system
will ensure that personal development is focussed, effective and
auditable.
Attric has had considerable experience
over the last five years in establishing such systems and in particular
with the development of materials to support the on-site specific
development of staff and assessment of their competence.
If required, competence assurance
training and assessment packs could be developed for personnel
involved with the document records process.

packages and interactive training presentations on CD-ROM, Intranet
or Internet.
